Article 79 of the Personal Status Litigation Procedures Law

مع عدم الإخلال بأية عقوبة اشد ينص عليها قانون العقوبات
أو أى قانون آخر يعاقب بالحبس الذى لا تقل مدته عن ستة أشهر كل من توصل
إلى الحصول على أية مبالغ من بنك ناصر الاجتماعى نفاذا لحكم أو لأمر صدر استنادا
إلى أحكام هذا القانون بناء على إجراءات أو أدلة صورية أو مصطنعة مع علمه بذلك .
وتكون العقوبة الحبس الذى لا تزيد مدته على سنتين ، لكل من تحصل من بنك ناصر
الاجتماعى على مبالغ غير مستحقة له مع علمه بذلك مع إلزامه بردها .
