Article 74 of the Personal Status Litigation Procedures Law

إذا كان المحكوم عليه من غير ذوى المرتبات أو الأجور أو المعاشات
وما فى حكمها ، وجب عليه أن يودع المبلغ المحكوم به خزانة بنك ناصر الاجتماعى
أو أحد فروعه أو وحدة الشئون الاجتماعية الذى يقع محل إقامته فى دائرة أى منها
فى الأسبوع الأول من كل شهر متى قام البنك بالتنبيه عليه بالوفاء .
