ينشأ نظام لتأمين الأسرة ، من بين أهدافه ضمان تنفيذ الأحكام الصادرة
بتقرير نفقة للزوجة أو المطلقة أو الأولاد أو الأقارب ، يتولى الإشراف على تنفيذه
بنك ناصر الاجتماعى .
ويصدر بقواعد هذا النظام وإجراءاته وطرق تمويله قرار من وزير العدل بعد موافقة
وزير التأمينات .
