لا تقبل عند الإنكار دعوى الإقرار بالنسب أو الشهادة على الإقرار به بعد وفاة المورث إلا إذا وجدت أوراق رسمية أو مكتوبة جميعها بخط المتوفى وعليها إمضاؤه أو أدلة قطعية جازمة تدل على صحة هذا الادعاء .
