Article 64 of the Personal Status Litigation Procedures Law

لا يجوز التماس إعادة النظر فى مسائل الولاية على المال
إلا فى القرارات الانتهائية الصادرة فى المواد الآتية :
١ - توقيع الحجر أو تقرير المساعدة القضائية أو إثبات الغيبة .
٢ - تثبيت الوصى المختار أو الوكيل عن الغائب .
٣ - عزل الوصى والقيم والوكيل أو الحد من سلطته .
٤ - سلب الولاية أو وقفها أو الحد منها .
٥ - استمرار الولاية أو الوصاية على القاصر .
٦ - الفصل فى الحساب .
