للخصوم وللنيابة العامة الطعن بالنقض فى الأحكام الصادرة من محاكم
الاستئناف . كما يكون لهم الطعن بالنقض فى القرارات الصادرة من هذه المحاكم فى مواد
الحجر والغيبة والمساعدة القضائية وعزل الوصى وسلب الولاية أو وقفها أو الحد منها
أو ردها واستمرار الولاية أو الوصاية والحساب .
