يجوز لذوى الشأن الاطلاع على الملفات والدفاتر والسجلات والأوراق
المنصوص عليها فى المواد السابقة ، كما يجوز لكل شخص الاطلاع على السجلات ،
وفى الحالتين تسلم لأى منهم صور أو شهادات بمضمون ما أثبت فيها بإذن من المحكمة
أو النيابة العامة .
