Article 30 of the Personal Status Litigation Procedures Law

يعاقب على مخالفة أحكام المواد (٢٧ ، ٢٨ ، ٢٩) من هذا القانون
بغرامة لاتقل عن خمسين جنيها ولاتجاوز مائة جنيه ، فإذا كان عدم التبليغ بقصد الإضرار
بعديم الأهلية أو ناقصها أو الغائب أو غيرهم من ذوى الشأن تكون العقوبة الحبس مدة لاتزيد
على سنة وبغرامة لاتقل عن مائة جنيه ولاتجاوز ألف جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين .
