للخصوم أن يطعنوا أمام محكمة النقض فى الأحكام النهائية الصادرة من المحكمة العليا للقيم فى المنازعات المنصوص عليها فى المادة (6) من قرار رئيس الجمهورية بالقانون رقم 141 لسنة 1981 بتصفية الأوضاع الناشئة عن فرض الحراسة، ويرفع الطعن ويفصل فيه، وفقا للإجراءات المقررة فى قانون المرافعات المدنية والتجارية.
