تحدد المواصفات والشروط الخاصة بالأجهزة والآلات المعدة لقياس وحدات الثانية والأمبير، والدرجة كلفن، والقنديلة، والمول، أو الوحدات المركبة منها بقرار من الوزير المختص بالاتفاق مع وزير الصناعة، كما تتم معايرة هذه الأجهزة والآلات وفقا للأوضاع ومقابل الرسوم التى يحددها الوزير المختص بقرار منه على ألا تجاوز هذه الرسوم (50) جنيها.
