In more detail

Hearing years: the Supreme Constitutional Court from 1979 to 2026, the Court of Cassation from 1986 to 2025 and the Supreme Administrative Court from 1990 to 2022. The library also holds 933 State Council fatwas, those of the General Assembly of the Fatwa and Legislation Sections among them, scanned, so they are cited by subject.

We do not copy from sources whose terms forbid this use, including the Court of Cassation's own site and its archived copies. Court rulings are included in every plan.
